Three roles, one method.
Project coordination, operations and support, business development. In all three, I start by understanding how things really work, and I turn that into something that works, can be measured, and can be handed over.
Three roles, and I'm solid in all three
They are listed in my order of preference, not in order of skill: I'm looking for coordination first, but all three are jobs I have actually done and can prove. Each one opens its own page, with the cases that go with it.
Project coordination
When several trades have to deliver together without speaking the same language: creative and technical, in-house and suppliers, field and management. I clarify what is expected, break it down, keep information moving, and hold the deadlines.
Operations and support
When day-to-day work runs on scattered files, forgotten follow-ups and decisions made by guesswork. I build the tracking that is missing, write the procedure, and make sure someone else can take over without me.
Business development
When a market has to be opened cold: finding the right people, picking up the phone, understanding a real need before proposing anything, and turning a conversation into a costed proposal that holds up.
What I've done, in order
Client follow-up, method and operations manager
Prospecting, client meetings, scoping needs before handing them to the technical side, structuring the CRM and coordinating follow-up across four people.
Sales advisor, 60%
Sales and advice on a permanent stand. And, on my own initiative, two management tools designed from scratch, plus a third, left abandoned, that I took over and kept up to date.
Head of prospecting and data operations
The full production chain of qualified contacts for the US climate insurance market, from the sourcing rules to the checked delivery.
Business Developer and project manager
The most formative experience of my career. Over thirty projects in parallel, up to fifteen contributors, and a sales pipeline built from scratch.
Graphic design and art direction
Complete brand guidelines and visual identities for three organisations. That is where I learned to work with creatives, and I have used it every day since.
Digital projects and operations coordination · internship
The link between the users, the subject-matter expert, the developer and the management of a training platform for health professionals.
Grande École Programme, Master's in Digital Entrepreneurship
Admitted through a bridging entrance exam after a two-year BTS in retail management.
Also. Three summer assignments in production at Rolex, a 300-guest gala organised during my studies with a EUR 30,000 budget, Venturelab's Business Growth in ICT programme at EPFL Innovation Park in 2023, and simulated patient at the Centre interprofessionnel de simulation in Geneva since October 2025.
What I do with the rest of my time
Three languages, every day SINCE JULY 2025
Mandarin, Modern Standard Arabic and Russian. Ten minutes per language, Monday to Friday, without a break for more than a year. The protocol is strict: one concept, exercises, then a test. Below the top grade, I redo the exercises and retake the test. I have never given myself a level, and I have not yet been assessed by a third party.
Simulated patient in health exams 5 TO 6 TIMES A YEAR
I play a patient in the exams of the Centre interprofessionnel de simulation in Geneva, where the Faculty of Medicine, the School of Health Sciences, the Geneva University Hospitals and imad train their students together. Two rehearsals with a trainer, then an exam day of ten to twelve hours, sometimes without being able to leave the building for confidentiality reasons.
The hard part is not acting, it is replaying the same scenario identically for every candidate, otherwise the exam is no longer fair. And knowing when my opinion counts: structured feedback for first-year students, a view on the relationship when the examiner asks for it, and nothing at all at the end of the course.
Mountains, hiking and the outdoors OUTDOORS
Hiking in the French and Swiss Alps, long-distance trails all over France, wilderness survival and bivouacs, strength training. What I go there for has nothing to do with a project: effort, silence, and two days without signal. It is what lets me come back fresh.
Travel and cultures CURIOSITY
Quebec, Australia, Dubai, North and South India, Lithuania, and Poland, where I spent an Erasmus semester. What I look for when travelling is understanding how people work at home, not ticking off places. It is the same thing that makes me comfortable with teams whose language and work habits I do not share.
Adventure and strategy games ONLINE
Red Dead Redemption 2, World of Warcraft, The Witcher, Valheim, and strategy board games with friends. Heroic fantasy, open worlds, survival, inventory management: what keeps me there is always the same, exploring methodically, managing scarce resources and planning several moves ahead.
It is also an industry I know from the inside, since I led the international launch of a mobile game, from the alpha phase to the soft launch.

Let's talk for ten minutes
I am looking for a role in project coordination, operations or support in French-speaking Switzerland, at 80 to 100%. If you are still unsure which role would suit me, write to me: that is exactly the kind of question one call settles.
